Welcome! Let me tell you a little about myself.

I'm Christine, Georgia born and Raleigh raised, living happily in Raleigh since 2002. I've always been an athletic person with an interest in holistic wellness. After graduating from Appalachian State with a B.S. in Sustainability, I found myself in Southwestern Virginia, working on organic farms and supporting local farmers markets. Opportunity eventually led to my next role as a nutritional consultant for a locally owned health foods store where I expanded my knowledge in essential oils, herbs, and natural supplements. 

Fast forward to 2020…ĺiving in a small apartment in downtown Raleigh, isolated in the midst of the pandemic and on a career path that was far and away from my true passions. The Universe gave me a not-so-gentle nudge to begin building a bridge between my heartfelt passions and a viable, rewarding career path.

In 2022, I graduated from Wake Tech Therapeutic Massage program. I later certified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage from the Academy of Lymphatic Studies. Also specializing in Swedish massage, Deep Tissue, Prenatal and Postpartum massage, I offer a bevy of techniques and tools to suit your unique needs. 

 When you're on my table, your body intuitvely guides me towards what it truly needs, and that helps to shape future treatment plans to assure optimal healing, relaxation and overall well being. I look forward being a part of your wellness journey!
