  • CBD oil contains natural compounds that may help reduce inflammation and ease soreness when applied during a massage. This can enhance muscle relaxation and support overall recovery.

  • Warm stones help relax tight muscles and improve circulation, allowing the body to release tension more easily. They also provide a soothing, grounding sensation that enhances overall relaxation during your massage.

  • Pairs excellently with lymphatic drainage. Dry brushing gently stimulates circulation and supports lymphatic flow, and exfoliates the skin. It is a wonderful mood booster on those days when you are feeling groggy or sluggish!

  • Useful for gentle myofascial release. Static or gliding cupping helps increase circulation, relieve muscle tension, and support recovery in tight or sore areas. It can also promote relaxation and enhance the effectiveness of your massage by encouraging blood flow and releasing fascial restrictions.

  • Gua Sha helps increase blood flow and reduce muscle tension, promoting recovery from tight or sore areas.

Please note that facial gua sha is not offered at this time. The rest of the body is fair game!

  • Essential oils used during massage can promote relaxation, reduce stress, and support emotional well-being. Certain oils may also provide targeted effects, such as calming the nervous system or uplifting energy.

  • Castor oil is applied directly to your abdomen followed by an uber comforting and cozy warm hot water bottle. Many clients report reduced bloating and an overall increased sense of lightness and abdominal comfort.
