Hi there! I’m Christine, a massage therapist in Raleigh, North Carolina offering intuitive, results-driven massage for pain relief and whole body relaxation.

I work with clients experiencing chronic pain, stress, injury, and post-surgical recovery, as well as prenatal and postnatal clients needing thoughtful, supportive care. Each session blends multiple techniques — deep tissue, trigger point, gua sha, cupping, hot stones, and lymphatic approaches — based on careful assessment and ongoing communication. My goal is to create a space where your body feels safe enough to release tension and supported enough to heal. Every massage is customized to meet your needs in that moment, with results you can feel long after you leave.

What People Are Saying

Christine Michaels is incredible at her craft! If you want real, targeted muscle work done, book here! I was so impressed with the attention to pressure points and sore spots that she detected without me even having to notify her. She is clearly very knowledgeable of muscle groups, and educated me along the way. I am walking away feeling relaxed and in much less pain than when I walked in.

I finally tried a lymphatic massage from the first time and Christine was amazing. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel so comfortable and cared for. The space is calm and clean and she took her time explaining everything so I felt completely at ease. The massage itself was so relaxing, and I left feeling light and calm. If you’ve been thinking about trying lymphatic massage, I highly recommend!

I can’t recommend Christine Michaels enough! After my recent surgery, her lymphatic drainage massages have been a game-changer in helping reduce swelling and aiding my recovery. I noticed improve almost immediately after my first sessions, which was a relief. Her professionalism is second to none— she’s always flexible with schedule and incredibly accommodating.

What truly sets her apart is how attentive she is to her clients’ needs. She asks thoughtful questions, listens carefully, and even provides helpful suggestion for things I can do between sessions to enhance my progress. Each session feels personalized and unhurried; she takes her time to ensure that I feel comfortable and care for.
